Team

Nigel Odell is the CEO of Clock End Films and an experienced film and TV producer. He began his career in London, producing award-winning shorts and his first feature Funny Man with Christopher Lee. He co-founded Melbourne’s Instinct Entertainment, producing titles like Muggers, Till Human Voices Wake Us, and Strange Bedfellows.
Formerly Head of Production at Arclight Films, he also taught producing at the Victorian College of the Arts. His credits include Cliffy (ABC), Hoges: One Night Only, and The Very Excellent Mr Dundee. He currently oversees a slate of film and TV projects.

Amanda Turnbull is a seasoned media professional with 15+ years of experience across broadcasting, education, international development, government, and the not-for-profit sector. She combines creativity and strategy in roles spanning content production, communications, and community engagement.
With strong writing and project management skills, Amanda has led digital campaigns, produced TV content, and managed high-impact communications projects. Her board experience and qualifications in Media and Communications, Film & TV Producing, and Community Development support her passion for bringing ideas to life and making meaningful impact.

Jenna Cosgrove is an award-winning screenwriter and director represented by Circle of Confusion in the U.S., whose clients include The Wachowskis and Joe Robert Cole. Her sci-fi thriller STREAM premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Flickerfest, and she directed a Screen Australia-funded web series starring Gary Sweet. She has been mentored by Cocoon writer Tom Benedek and developed a genre series with Emmy-winning producer Stephen Corvini.
Jenna has also created branded content for Hermes Paris and directed the documentary series MASTERS AT WORK, which premiered on Virgin Australia. Funded by VicScreen and the ABC, she regularly judges for major festivals including the Austin Film Festival and Flickerfest. She studied screenwriting at RMIT, receiving the VicScreen award for Most Accomplished Graduating Student.
