Cora is an artist living in quiet luxury, tucked away in a remote modernist home with her devoted husband, Jack. From the outside, her life appears idyllic. But inside, she’s haunted by narcoleptic blackouts — long stretches of time that vanish without warning or memory. Her world has shrunk to the house and the man who cares for her, leaving her isolated and uncertain of her own mind.

First comes Allie, a bright, sharp-eyed photographer whose unexpected arrival sparks a fast friendship. Then Cora begins to see a ghostly young girl drifting through the halls, appearing in dreams, reflections, and waking moments. At first, she tries to dismiss it. Then she starts to investigate.

Drawn into the mystery of the girl and the growing strangeness of her home, Cora begins keeping secrets of her own. She grows wary, not just of Jack, but of Allie too. The woman who once felt like a lifeline may not be telling the whole truth. And the man who claims to protect her might be the one keeping her trapped.

As her grip on reality slips, Cora becomes determined to uncover what’s real and what has been carefully constructed around her. The deeper she digs, the more the walls close in...until there’s nowhere left to hide from the truth.
